Our Service

We provide both a local and national delivery service.

Local Delivery 

We offer local same day delivery within Rossendale, if ordered before 10am.

For orders within Rossendale: £10

Local Orders outside of Rossendale: £20
Mainland UK delivery

48 hour delivery service - £25

All our orders are delivered in vacuum packed chilled containers.

Mainland orders are delivered on Wednesdays and Fridays. Place your order by midday on Monday or Wednesday for 48 hour delivery.
 

FAQs

My delivery hadn't arrived, what do I do?

All our deliveries are sent recorded so if you haven’t already received your tracking information then give us a call and we will chase your order and find out what has happened.

Do you delivery on a Saturday?

Yes we deliver locally on Saturdays, however we can not offer mainland delivery over the weekend.

What happens if I order after midday?

Your order will be dispatched on the next order date for delivery either Wednesday or Friday

What happens if i'm not in when the courier tries to deliver?

At your own risk you can request for our courier to leave your parcel in a safe place. It’s securely vacuum packed in chilled containers so it won’t spoil if left for the odd hour. Alternatively they will attempt to leave with a neighbour. We do recommend that you try a take receipt and are available at the delivery point for the best service.
